Product Features

Area Covered: East Malaysia and West Malaysia
Interest Rate:
- With Banca Takaful: 4.99%- minimum deduction for BANCA TAKAFUL is RM650(13 months) - to be renew every year by customer
- Without Banca Takaful: 5.20%
Payout: 100%
Tenure: Min 5 years - Max 20 years
Finance: Min RM3,000 to RM250,000

**Note: Maximum financing amount for Non-Biro is up to RM200,000

Salary: RM700 and above only
Age: 19 years and above
Expired Facility: 60 years old(opsyen letter)
Tat: 7 working days(for application above RM200,000 will take additional week)
Yuran: Waived
CTOS: RM20,000 and below (Please provide settlement statement if customer wishes to settle)

1/1/2012 to 31/12/2012

Internal Overlap

Customer are allowed to do fresh loan & overlap Mbsb account
If customer has existing account with MBSB, they may apply for this package as a second account. However,customer are not eligible to apply if customer has an existing WASLAH account.

Payslip expiry date

Payslip will expire every 20th of the subsequent month, example:

February payslip will expire on the 20th April
March payslip will expire on the 20th May
