Special Remarks / Update -KOBETA CIMB
We have a new Kobeta package, KOBETA-CIMB. You have an opsyen to choose this package if you find that KOBETA-BRT is slow in reimbursement. KOBETA-CIMB can be better in reimbursing the Loan.
The criteria as per below:
- Location: Whole Malaysia
- Employment Status: 6 Months and Above.
- Loan amount: 2,000 - 250,000
- Min & Max tenure: 10 years (Fix)
- Interest:
- Rate: 4.99% Federal AG, Polis & Existing Customer
- Rate: 5.99% State AG & preferred GLC such as(Majlis,University,LHDN, PERKESO)
- Payout: 81%-1020.00-180 - 2 months Installment
- Account Book: Maybank
- Fees : Rm30 will start deduct after 6 months
- TAT: 2-3 weeks
- CTOS : Need to be settled.

- 2 months Installment
- CTOS: Ctos below RM30K
- above RM30K proceed with interest 6.99%,compulsory to settle.

- Expired Facility in opsyen 58 years old.
- Example : 2011 - 1965 = 46
- Take 58 - 1 year - 46 = 11 years.
- This customer is eligible for 11 years only.

**Acc Book
- KOBETA CASH I : please make sure that customers provide Bank Rakyat account number only other than that will not be acceptable by Bank Rakyat.
**Ctos Cases
- CTOS hit more than RM30k, TAT more than 3 weeks.
- Credit card can not be more than RM30K
- Housing loan can not be more than RM200K
- Personal loan can not be more than RM100K,
- Ctos Bank Rakyat must be settle(compulsory)
- CTOS AS Gurantor – Tiada had ditentukan
**Bankcruptcy
- Rate :6.99%
- Angkasa must be status ‘A’ active
