Opsyen Calculation
- Expired Facility in opsyen 58 years old.
- Example : 2011 - 1965 = 46
- Take 58 - 1 year - 46 = 11 years.
- This customer is eligible for 11 years only.

**Ctos Cases
- CTOS hit more than RM30k, TAT more than 3 weeks.
- Credit card can not be more than RM30K
- Housing loan can not be more than RM200K
- Personal loan can not be more than RM100K,
- Ctos Bank Rakyat must be settle(compulsory)
