Product Features

• Location: Whole Malaysia
• Interest Rate:
  • 2-15 years : 4.9%
  • 16-20 years : 5.2%
• Payout: 97% - 1 month installment -Stamp Duty (RM50) - Insurance
• Tenure: Min 2 years - Max 20 years
• Finance: Min RM3,000 to RM200,000
• Salary: RM700 and above only
• Age: 19 years and above
• Expired Facility: 60 years old
• Yuran: Waived
• CTOS: RM20,000 and below (Please provide settlement statement if customer wishes to settle)

Payslip Expiry Date

Payslip will expire every 20th. Example:

• February payslip will expire on the 20th April.
• March payslip will expire on the 20th May

Early Settlement

• Lock in period : Early Settlement
• Early settlement Fee : 5.0% from Outstanding balance; and
• To claw back all cost incurred under Zero Entry Cost(ZEC)
