• Location: Whole Malaysia
• Interest Rate:5.00%
• Payout : Loan Amount Less RM80 - Less Insurance
• Tenure:
  • Min - 3 yrs
  • Max - 15 years or Age 70 years (which ever comes first)

• Age: Max Age to apply: 66 years 9 months
• Financing Amount: RM5,000 to RM100,000
• Pension Amount: RM750.00 and above

Computation

• Gross Pension - Deduction (House-if any)
  • Balance x 50%
  • Month (ELIGIBILITY)
• Example for customer with house deduction:

    RM1000.00(Pension Amount) - RM300.00 (potongan rumah)
    = RM700.00
    RM700.00 X 50%
    = RM350.00 (Kelayakan)- Refer to repayment table to get loan. 

• Example for customer without deduction:

    RM1000.00 x 50%
    = RM500.00 (Kelayakan)- Refer to repayment table to get loan.

• Insurance Calculation
• Example to calculate insurance amount:
  • Age  : 55 yrs(Pemohon)
  • Tenure  : 10 years
  • Loan  : RM10K
    • Factor (refer table) x Loan Amount ÷ 1000.00
    • 62.23 x 10000.00 ÷ 1000.00'
    • Takaful = 622.30

• 1 Copy Spouse I/C (for male applicant only)
  • Sijil Kematian(Jika pemohon duda)
  • Sijil Cerai(Jika pemohon sudah bercerai)
• PENCEN Statement
• RHB Islamic Saving Account
• Balu (Tidak perlu I/C Suami)
