• Interest Rate:5.00%
• Payout: Loan Amount - RM80 - Takaful (refer calculation below)
• Tenure: 3 to 15 years
• Max Age at end of tenure: 70 years old
• Max Age to apply: 66 years 9 months
• Financing Amount: RM5,000 to RM100,000
• Pension Amount: RM750.00 and above

Computation

Loan Amount Eligibility

• Available Deduction = (Gross Pension - Deduction (House-if any)) x 50%
• Example for customer with house deduction:
  • Eligible Deduction = RM1000.00 (Pension Amount) - RM300.00 (potongan rumah) x 50% = RM350.00 (Kelayakan)
  • Refer to repayment table (RM350.00) to get loan amount
• Example for customer without deduction:
  • Eligible Deduction = RM1000.00 x 50% = RM500.00
  • Refer to repayment table with RM500.00 to get loan amount

Takaful Calculation

• Sample calculation, scenario:
  • Applicant Age : 55 yrs
  • Tenure : 10 years
  • Loan : RM10,000.00
• Calculation:
  • Takaful = Factor (refer table) x Loan Amount ÷ 1000.00
  • Takaful = 62.23 x 10,000.00 ÷ 1,000.00 = 622.30

• 1 Copy Spouse I/C (for male applicant only)
  • Sijil Kematian (jika pemohon duda)
  • Sijil Cerai (jika pemohon sudah bercerai)
• PENCEN Statement
• RHB Islamic Saving Account
• Balu (tidak perlu I/C Suami)
