Early Bird Promotion

• Interest Rate : 3.99%
• Package Validity : 1st January 2012 - 31st March 2012; or
• upon achieving RM1.0 Billion in disbursement amount

Product Features

• Package Validity : 1st January 2012 - 31st December 2012
• Interest Rate:
  • With Banca Takaful : 4.30%
  • Without Banca Takaful : 4.50%
• Payout: 97% - 1 month installment -Stamp Duty (0.5%) - Processing Fee(2.0%)
• Tenure: Min 5 years - Max 20 years
• Finance: Min RM50,000 to RM200,000
• Salary: RM700(inclusive of fixed allowance) and above only
• Age: 19 years and above
• Expired Facility: 60 years old
• Yuran: Waived
• CTOS: RM20,000 and below (Please provide settlement statement if customer wishes to settle)

Zero Entry Cost(ZEC)

• The following will be absorbed by MBSB
  • Stamp Duty
  • Takaful Contribution -GCTT and
  • Charges on Redemption Statement(RS) Imposed by other banks - RM50.00 per RS; up to 5 RS per application(reimbursement basis)

***Important : Redemption Statement must reflect a rebate amount from existing financier

Takaful Coverage(GCTT)

• Compulsary with details of coverage based on the followings :
  • Full financing amount; and
  • Full tenure coverage if financing is less than 10 years; or
  • Maximum 10 years coverage if financing is 10 years and above
    • Note: MBSB will undertake to pay any shortfall in the event of insufficient coverage during claim.

Early Settlement

• Lock in period : Early Settlement
• Early settlement Fee : 5.0% from Outstanding balance; and
• To claw back all cost incurred under Zero Entry Cost(ZEC)

Payslip Expiry Date

Payslip will expire every 20th. Example:

• February payslip will expire on the 20th April.
• March payslip will expire on the 20th May
