- Pension Amount: RM750.00 and above
Computation
- Gross Pension - Deduction (house-if any)
- Balance X 50%
- Month (ELIGIBILITY)
- Example if cust got house deduction:
RM1000.00(Pension Amount) - RM300.00(potongan rumah)
=RM700.00
RM700.00 X 50%
=RM350.00 (Kelayakan)- Refer to repayment table to get loan.
- Example if cust no deduction:
RM1000.00 X 50%
=RM500.00 (Kelayakan)- Refer to repayment table to get loan.
