  • 2-3 years = 3.5%
  • 4-10 years = 4.1%v
  • 11-25 years = 5.2%
• Payout: 97% -(1 Month installment)-Stamp Duty(RM50) - Insurance
• Tenure: Min 2 years - Max 25 years
• Finance: Min RM3,000 to RM300,000(RM200,000 and above MUST sign TAKAFUL HEALTH DECLARATION FORM)
• Salary: RM3,500 and above only
• Age: 19 years and above
• Expired Facility: 58 years old
• Yuran: Waived
• CTOS: RM20,000 and below.(Please provide settlement statement if customer wishes to settle)

Special Criteria

• Customer may option to increase his/her tenure up to 25 years
• Max loan application is RM300,000
